02. We present two to three vetted candidates. By day 5. Pulled from our bench plus targeted recruiting. You interview a short list. You decide.

03. They start ready. Background checks, device procurement,expectations alignment. All complete before day one.

04. They go live. You introduce them to your team and environment. We will ensure weekly check-ins, performance reviews, and ongoing partnership. If it isn't working, we fix it or replace at no cost.
